I am Catherine Hamby a realtor.  I have been selling real estate since 1984. Originally from Canada I love living in the upstate of South Carolina. The skies are blue, the people are friendly, we have lakes, foothills and charming towns.  I sell homes, land and investments in the upstate which includes Anderson, County, parts of Oconee and Pickens Counties, Clemson, Pendleton, Westminister, Iva,  Starr, Lakes Hartwell, Succession and Russell.

I am actively involved in the community and sit on the Board of the Anderson County Art Center, the Heritage Corridor Board and the Public Policy committee for the Anderson Chamber of Commerce.  I support the arts, raise funds for a variety of local charities and am the President of the PTO for Townville Elementary School a Blue Ribbon Lighthouse school.
